Making sense of your run
With Confirmed, you can set up every performance of the run, ask acts which days they can do, and fill each night from the acts who are free. When an act accepts an offer, they're marked confirmed on the performance straight away.
It takes care of the formal side of a booking and leaves the conversations where they already are. You can talk to your acts on WhatsApp or Instagram as you always have, while the offer, the confirmation and the fee are in one place.

A fringe packs a year of bookings into a few weeks. Some performances skip a step, but most go through the stages below.

Set up every performance in the run, then ask acts which days they can do. The replies are tied to the spots they apply to, so you see the whole festival's availability in one grid.
