Showtime takes over from Confirmed once it's time to run the show. Set the mood as the house opens with a playlist and a light scene to match, start the show with a blackout, then bring the MC on to their walk-on music and a burst of lights, and every act after them to music of their own. End the night the way it started, with the house playlist back on and calmer lights to see the room out.
Run the show from the tech desk, or from your phone backstage. The spacebar moves to the next step, and on a phone a flick of the joystick does the same. An act's walk-on, their slide and the lights come up together, and a second tap fades the music and starts their timer.
Every change to a show is kept, so you can put a running order back the way it was an hour ago.
Showtime keeps the show's music and pictures on the laptop, so the night carries on when the venue Wi-Fi drops, and it picks the connection back up on its own. Two people can run the same show, one on sound and one on lights, and the second desk follows the first.
Plug in a USB DMX interface and the browser drives the rig, up to two universes of it. Build scenes and effects once, and draw light cues onto a track's waveform so they land on the beat.
Showtime runs in Chrome on any laptop, Chromebook or desktop, with nothing to install. If the machine at the desk gives up, a replacement Chromebook is ready to run the show as soon as you sign in.
Plug in any MIDI controller and map its buttons to the show, the way you would keyboard shortcuts. An Akai APC mini mk2 comes ready to go: its pads fire your light scenes, effects, music and actions, two more step the show forward and back, and its faders set the level of each group of lights.
Put a screen by the stage and every act gets their own countdown, so they always know how long they have left. You can give an act another minute, or cut thirty seconds, with a tap. More on Cue.
Build one night the way you like it, then copy its running order, music and lights onto every show coming up. Pick the shows in your show list and copy from the one you set up.
Every plan, down to the smallest one, runs the basic lineup: walk-on and walk-off music for each act, and their name on the screen in plain type. You can set it up yourself, and the night has music and a screen behind it from the first show.

The Showtime add-on builds on a pro plan and brings the styled screens and overlays, the sound library, the lighting rig and the audience's phones. We help you set it up for your room. See what each plan includes.
