Confirmed is built around your shows. Each one brings together its lineup,
everyone's role, fee and call time, and every message you've sent about it,
so the whole picture is in one place. When you change the bill, the call sheet
updates with it, and there's no second copy to keep in step.
The show on a phone: its date, its room and its bill, with each spot's fee and
call time.
Who is free, and who says yes
Confirmed helps you put a lineup together with ease, from asking who's free to
offering the spots and hearing back from the acts.

Availability surveys
Acts and agents can apply for your spots with ease, and share their details
along the way, from headshots to blurbs. Reviewing the applications is just as
easy: you can see who applied for each show, or go through the applications act
by act.
You can send out spot offers to the acts when you're ready. Confirmed sums
up each offer and spells out the details of every show. The act can then accept
or turn down all the offered spots in a single pass. You can fill last minute
drop-outs with a rolling offer, which goes out to the acts you trust on a first
come, first served basis.
One glance at the show list tells you where each show stands: which spots are
still open, which offers are still waiting on a reply, and where an act has
turned a spot down and you need to find someone else.
A lot of production work happens in a specific context: a festival, a weekend or
a single act. You can narrow the show list down to any part of a show, or anyone
on it, in a few keystrokes. For example, you can pull up every show in a
festival you've tagged, the Fridays in Edinburgh still missing an act, or
every show Sam is on.
Every detail of the show lives in one place. Each person sees it in the way that suits
their role: the acts in your messages, the crew on the call sheet, and your team on the
show itself.
The same show information as the act reads it, on the phone it arrives on.
Show messaging
You can message the whole bill at once, with each act's own call time filled
in. Each act can RSVP on a link, so the day before a show you can see at a
glance who's coming. The show's changelog keeps every message you send,
so you always know what has gone out.
Each show's call sheet is generated from the show's current state:
arrival times, stage times, spot lengths and more. As well as printing it or
sharing the link with your crew, you can leave it on a screen backstage, where
the live view keeps pace with the show as it runs.
You can add showrunners, technicians, door staff and flyerers to the show
alongside the acts, and give each person on your team the access their job calls
for.
You can ask the bill for their cue sheets in the same message you send them
about the show. Each act can add their tracks, mark the walk-on and write down
what the showrunner needs to know. Everything they send arrives on the show,
ready for the night.
You can follow how the show is selling and how long the act on stage has left, and if
the room has screens and a rig, run the whole show from Confirmed too.

Showtime (pro add-on)
In Showtime, the bill becomes a running order, with each act's walk-on music
and tech cues ready before the doors open. On the night, a simple Chromebook can
run the screens, the music and the lights. Every plan includes walk-on music for
each act. Many more features, from collecting audience emails to presenting
interactive screens, come as a paid add-on to a pro plan.
On a tablet, the cue screen shows the MC who's on next, and each act how
much time they have left. From Showtime, you can give an act another minute, or
put a line of text up on the screen if you need to reach the person on stage.
Once the room empties, you can settle up with everyone who worked the night and read how
it went.
One day's show notes: praise for the opener, a heckler asked to leave and a loud
birthday table.
Settlements
You can settle up with everyone at once. Each act and crew member gets a
settlement report that spells out what you believe you owe them, with an easy
way to flag anything that's wrong. Once they've approved their reports,
you can export a batch payment for your banking system.
Hosts, staff and your extended crew can report how a show went: who was great,
what broke, and how the room behaved. Your show list gathers the reports day by
day, and keeps them with each show for when you need to look back.
Your website can read your shows straight from Confirmed's public API, which only
shares the shows you've chosen to make public. For everything else, a private API
lets your own systems or your AI agent read the more sensitive data and make changes in
Confirmed.
