Invite them from the team page and give each one a role that sets what they can see and change, with extra permissions on top, such as a showrunner who can see the fees.
Every plan has room for a team, from 2 people on Solo to 20 on Pro and 200 on Unlimited.
You book your crew onto a show the same way as the acts, so everything is in the same place. Every show has spots for its crew, from showrunners and technicians to door staff and flyerers, each role with a shift of its own.
Your crew are on the call sheet and get the day-before message with the rest of the bill. Their shows are in their own schedule on Confirmed, where they can file a show report after the night.
Each crew spot has a fee of its own. On the pro plan, you settle crew spots through Settlements the same way as the acts' spots.
A showrunner can run the night without seeing fees, and a promoter can download headshots and bios for the posters. You can invite co-producers to your production and limit their access to the shows they produce.
