It lists the hosts and production staff with the time they should arrive, and the acts in running order with their stage times and spot lengths, MC breaks included. Change the lineup and the call sheet follows. Your tech rider and general notes for the show can go on it too.
Print the call sheet for the green room wall, or share the link with your acts and staff. Anyone with the link can open it, so they can read it on their own phones without signing in.
Switch to the live view and the call sheet keeps pace with the show: who is on now, how long they have left, and when everyone after them goes on.
You can point a screen backstage at the call sheet and choose what it follows: the show that's happening in a venue or one of its rooms, or the show you have set as current in Confirmed. Open the screen link on a tablet, pair it from your phone with nothing to type on the tablet, and leave it there all season.
