Offer a spot, give it a deadline, and let the act answer on their own link.
Once you have your lineups figured out, send offers to everyone you pencilled in and see who accepts. The Offers page lists them all. Narrow it to a run, a show type or a roster such as your regulars, select everyone, and send every offer in one go. Each act gets their own date, spot, fee and call time, under one note you write for all of them.
Confirmed can email the offer, or hand you a personal link for each act to paste into WhatsApp, a DM or a text. However the offer reaches them, the act replies on the same page, and their answer lands straight on the show.
Offers stay open for 14 days by default, and you can change that when you send them. Once the deadline passes, the offer lapses on its own and the spot opens up again, so a silent act never holds a spot until showtime.
A rolling offer puts your vacant spots in front of the rosters you handpick, without flooding everyone's inbox at once. Confirmed shuffles the rosters and sends the offer out in batches, and the moment every spot you chose for it is filled, the rolling offer stops. That makes it ideal for last minute drop-outs.
Acts see everything they need to make a decision on one page: the date, the venue, their spot, the fee and the call time, with your note on top. Nobody has to dig through an email thread to find out what they're agreeing to. They answer each spot with a tap, leave a comment if a date doesn't work, and send it all back in one go. Every spot they confirm lands in their schedule on Confirmed, which they can add to their personal calendar as well.
Your lineup updates the moment they reply, so nothing has to be copied anywhere.
