Getting cue sheets from the acts who use music is straightforward. Each act can add their own walk-on and any other cues, keep them up to date, and reuse them on the other shows they perform on.
The tracks go straight into the show's sound library, on the act's own step in the running order. The walk-on is loaded and marked, so bringing them on is one tap, and it travels with them when the bill changes. Their other cues and notes are on the same step for whoever is on the desk.
Tick "Ask for cue sheets" when you write to the bill, and every act who performs gets a button to send their music in. The sheets land on the show as they come back, so you can see who has sent theirs in.
Acts can name each cue, say when it plays and how it ends, and mark one track as the walk-on. They can also leave instructions for the showrunner, such as a blackout before they come on, where a track cuts or how they want the lights.
A sheet covers every night of a show rather than one booking, so once an act fills it in, their cues are there for every night after. The message you send the bill before each show can include the same request, and it spells back what they have on file for your show, so each act can check it at a glance.
An act can change their sheet right up until they go on. The new tracks reach Showtime as soon as they save, ready to play without a reload.
