Making sense of your night
Booking a night is an involved thing - there are acts to manage, timelines to align, reminders to send, a spreadsheet to tend, and a google form to monitor. Five different threads in your inbox and all over the internet, and the night hasn't even started yet. CONFIRMED gives you tools to deal with each aspect of the process - from idea, to seeing who's available, to collecting headshots for the website, sending out the running order and, when the show has ended, settling with acts.
It takes care of the formal side of a booking and leaves the conversations where they already are. Talk to your acts on WhatsApp or Instagram as you always have, while the offer, the confirmation and the fee live in one place.

While some steps might get skipped, most bookings in Confirmed go through the stages below. An act you have already agreed a spot with in person can go straight to confirmed.

Survey
Create show entries for all the shows you are planning in the near future, and then ask the acts you might book which of your dates they can do. Their responses will be tied to spots in shows, so you can start your lineup from who is actually free.

In the weeks before the show, pencil acts into the bill, and move them around while it takes shape. No communication goes out during planning phase, this is you working on the best lineup available to you at the moment.

Offer
Once the lineups look good, send out offers to acts, individually or all at once. When an act accepts, they're marked confirmed on the show straight away. When they decline, the spot opens up again, ready for the next act, so you can tell where every show stands at a glance.

Showtime
Message all the participants about the upcoming show the day before, and optionally ask to RSVP. Their double ticks will show up in Confirmed. After the show, see what each act is owed and send out settlement reports.
