Availability surveys

Check with all acts which spots work for them through a survey, and see the results straight in the interface.

An act applying through a survey: they read the intro, tick the spots they want, and fill in their profile and the survey's questions.

Review all applications with ease

Every reply lands where you book, so you can work through them from either end.

Start from a show. Click an open spot and choose Fill Spot to see everyone who applied for it, ready to drop in.

The same review on a phone: an open spot, Fill Spot, and everyone who applied.
The replies on a phone, sorted by most shows, with an act's spots filled across several of them.

Or start from the acts, and review their application as a whole.

Once you have placed an act, move them to reviewed. Their application stops showing on the other spots they asked for, so you never book one act on more nights than you meant to.

Changed a spot after the survey went out? You still see everyone who applied for it before the change, listed after the acts who applied for it since.

No more back and forth with acts

A survey works like a form built for booking comedy. Send it to the acts and agents you trust, and the answers come back as a list you can book your lineups from in minutes. Agents reply faster and more completely, because they can answer for every act they represent at once.

Discover new talent

You can set a survey to the gaps you actually have, narrowed by show type, dates, venue, city, fee, role or your own show tags. Then share it wherever you already find acts, whether that is your own mailing list, a Facebook group, or a message to an act or their agent. One survey can offer the open mic spots on a public forum while another sends the paid ones to an agent.

Profiles that fill themselves in

Every reply creates the act's profile, or updates it. Their headshot, email, phone number and clip come in with the application, so nobody types acts in by hand and their details stay current.

Or let acts book themselves

For an open mic, a survey can let acts claim a spot instead of applying for it. The first act to take a spot is confirmed.
