Confirmed is the toolkit comedy producers use to book their shows. You can ask acts which days they can do, offer them spots and settle with everyone once the run ends. For a festival, you can buy a pass for the performances you put on, in place of a monthly plan.

With Confirmed, you can set up every performance of the run, ask acts which days they can do, and fill each night from the acts who are free. When an act accepts an offer, they're marked confirmed on the performance straight away.
It takes care of the formal side of a booking and leaves the conversations where they already are. You can talk to your acts on WhatsApp or Instagram as you always have, while the offer, the confirmation and the fee are in one place.
A fringe packs a year of bookings into a few weeks. Some performances skip a step, but most go through the stages below.
Set up every performance in the run, then ask acts which days they can do. The replies are tied to the spots they apply to, so you see the whole festival's availability in one grid.
How it worksLay the run out and move acts around the calendar until it works. Nothing goes out while you plan, so no act hears about a night you might still change.
How it worksOffer performances across the whole run, one by one or all at once, and let acts answer on their own links. Their answers show up on each performance, so you can tell where the run stands at a glance.
How it worksThe day before each performance, message its acts with the running order and ask them to RSVP, and watch the double ticks come in. Once the run ends, see what each performance cost and what everyone is owed.
Two minutes from an empty date to a fully booked lineup, on-the-day RSVPs, and the show night itself.
If you run rooms at a fringe, Showtime gives every show in them the same simple way to run its lights and music, from £60 a room for the whole run.

A pass covers the performances you put on at Melbourne International Comedy Festival, and the price per performance drops the more of them you book.
If you also run shows outside festivals, you could benefit from a monthly plan.
Every monthly plan has a discount on festival passes.
