Showtime gives every show in your rooms the same simple way to run its lights and music, for the whole run.

A simple screen for each show

Each show gets its own streamlined running order with only the cues it needs, so whoever is on the desk can run it with confidence.

Music and cues in one place

The music and cues can be added to Showtime ahead of time, so nobody needs to ask where to email their files. Everything is ready at the desk when the show starts.

The room's scenes, ready for everyone

A general panel has the room's default scenes, set up once for that room. Every show can use them, so each one starts from lights that are known to work there.

Lights and sound in sync

We can script every cue of a show, so its lights and sound run in sync. With each cue set up in order, a slip at the desk is far less likely to disrupt the whole show.

Fixed per room

Showtime + kit rental

£235 per room
  • We rent you a control kit for the run: a Chromebook, an Enttec USB DMX interface and a charger.
  • The kit is for control only, so the lights and fixtures stay your own.
  • We set it up and hand it over to your team.
  • You can reach us on WhatsApp for 4 weeks.

Showtime licence only

£60 per room
  • If your room already has a laptop and a DMX interface, you only need the Showtime licence.
  • You can reach us on WhatsApp for 4 weeks.
Optional, per show

Setup & check-ins

£110 per show
  • In the tech rehearsal, we work alongside your sound tech to build the show's lighting scenes.
  • If you like, we can script the whole show: its cues, lights and music.
  • Each show has 5 hours of our technician's time: 2 hours of setup, then 3 check-ins of an hour each across the run.
  • We agree any extra work with you beforehand, at £30 an hour.

Work out your price

Every room needs a Showtime licence, £60 per room.
Showtime with a rented control kit, £235 per room in place of the licence. A room with its own laptop and DMX interface doesn't need it.
