You run a production company

Many shows, many venues, one picture everyone works from

When several producers book against the same roster, the risk is not the booking, it is everyone working from a different version of it. Confirmed gives your whole team one view of what is booked, who is on it and what it costs.

Where the company's time goes

One record, five stages, whoever is booking

Some bookings skip a step, but most shows across the company go through the stages below, whichever producer books them.

  1. Survey

Set up the shows across your venues, then ask acts which dates they can do. The replies are tied to the spots they apply to and come back to the company, so whoever books next works from the same answers.

    How it works
  2. Plan

Pencil acts into the bills where the whole team can see them, so two producers never pencil the same act into the same night. Nothing goes out to acts while you plan.

    How it works
  3. Offer

Offer spots from the show, one by one or all at once. Every answer shows up on the show where the whole team can see it, so nobody offers the same act the same night twice.

    How it works
  4. Showtime

The day before the show, message the bill with the running order and ask them to RSVP. Any producer can see the double ticks come in. Afterwards, every show settles on its own and rolls up, so you can see what a venue or a month cost.

Around the booking

The admin, streamlined

  • Availability surveys

Ask your acts who is free and get the answers back in a form you can book straight from.

Set the survey to the spots you actually have, by paid or unpaid, spot length or venue, and share one link. Agents answer for everyone they represent at once.

  • Crew management & scheduling

Add your crew to the show alongside the acts, and give everyone on your team the access their job calls for.

Crew spots are in the same lineup as the acts, with shifts of their own, and everyone on your team gets a role that sets what they can see and change.

A flyerer added to a show's crew, and every shift set around the show.
  • Show reports

Everyone who works a show can report how it went, and you can catch up on every show the morning after.

Your showrunner, front of house and host note who was great, what broke and how the room behaved, and the show list gathers it all day by day.

  • Settlements (pro)

Settle up with everyone at once, and pay them all from one file for your bank.

Each act gets a settlement report to approve, with their invoice and bank details collected on it, and the fees get marked off as you pay them.

On the night

The show itself

  • Showtime (pro add-on)

Run the night itself: the screens, the music, the lights and the audience's phones, off one running order.

One running order drives the screens, the music, the lights and the audience's phones, off the same laptop the bill was booked on.

  • Act cue sheets (pro)

Ask your acts for their cue sheets, and get their music and cues back attached to the show.

Acts fill in their cue sheet once per show, and its music arrives loaded against the step that plays it.

  • Cue

The acts can see their remaining time from the stage, so you can put the phone torch away.

The act reads their own countdown from the stage, and you can put a line across it without leaving your seat.
