You produce a few shows a week

Different rooms, different lineups, one place to run them from

Two clubs on a Friday, a showcase on a Sunday and a touring hour in between. Knowing which act suits which room is what makes those nights work, and that judgement stays yours. What Confirmed streamlines is everything that follows it, which is the part that doubles every time you add a night.

Where the week goes

The same five stages, times five rooms

Some bookings skip a step, but most of the week's shows go through the stages below, across every room at once.

  1. Survey

Set up next week's shows across all your rooms, then ask your regulars which nights they can do. The replies are tied to the spots they apply to, so you see every room's availability in one place.

    How it works
  2. Plan

Pencil acts into each bill and move them between rooms until the week works. Nothing goes out while you plan, so you can change your mind as often as you need.

    How it works
  3. Offer

Offer spots across several shows at once and let acts answer on their own links. The first act to accept claims the spot, and the rest of the wave never goes out.

    How it works
  4. Showtime

The day before each show, message its bill with the running order and ask them to RSVP, and watch the double ticks come in. Afterwards, each show settles on its own, so you can see what Thursday cost without unpicking the rest of the week.

Around the booking

The admin, streamlined

  • Availability surveys

Ask your acts who is free and get the answers back in a form you can book straight from.

Set the survey to the spots you actually have, by paid or unpaid, spot length or venue, and share one link. Agents answer for everyone they represent at once.

  • Call sheets

Every show gets a call sheet built from its lineup, ready to print or to follow live on the night.

Arrival times, stage times and spot lengths come straight from the lineup, and the live view keeps pace with the show as it runs.

  • Spot offers

Offer a spot, give it a deadline, and let the act answer on their own link.

Every offer has a deadline, and once it passes, the spot opens up again. You can fill last minute drop-outs with a rolling offer, which goes out to the acts you trust on a first come, first served basis.

  • Settlements (pro)

Settle up with everyone at once, and pay them all from one file for your bank.

Each act gets a settlement report to approve, with their invoice and bank details collected on it, and the fees get marked off as you pay them.

On the night

The show itself

  • Cue

The acts can see their remaining time from the stage, so you can put the phone torch away.

The act reads their own countdown from the stage, and you can put a line across it without leaving your seat.

  • Showtime (pro add-on)

Run the night itself: the screens, the music, the lights and the audience's phones, off one running order.

One running order drives the screens, the music, the lights and the audience's phones, off the same laptop the bill was booked on.
