Producers send you availability requests one act at a time, and you turn them into a fortnight of email. When a production books through Confirmed you answer for everyone you represent in a single pass, and every booking for your roster is in one list. There is no plan for you to buy: set up your agent profile, add the acts you represent, and apply on their behalf.
Producers on Confirmed don't send you a thread. Most bookings for your acts go through the stages below, each one something you can answer once.
A producer asks which of their dates your acts can do, and you answer for every act you represent on one page.
How it worksWhile the producer works out their bill, nothing reaches you. You hear from them once there is a spot on the table.
How it worksAn offer arrives with the date, the venue, the spot, the fee and a deadline. Accept or decline it on the link and the producer sees your answer on their show straight away.
How it worksThe day before the show, your act gets the running order and a link to RSVP. Afterwards, you can see what each of your acts is owed on the show it came from, so chasing a fee means pointing at a record.
Add the acts you represent to your profile. If one of them already has a Confirmed profile of their own, send them your agent link and they hand it over in a click. You then see every spot they have applied for themselves, too, so nothing gets booked twice.
Ask your acts who is free and get the answers back in a form you can book straight from.
Set the survey to the spots you actually have, by paid or unpaid, spot length or venue, and share one link. Agents answer for everyone they represent at once.
More on Availability surveysOffer a spot, give it a deadline, and let the act answer on their own link.
Every offer has a deadline, and once it passes, the spot opens up again. You can fill last minute drop-outs with a rolling offer, which goes out to the acts you trust on a first come, first served basis.
More on Spot offersSettle up with everyone at once, and pay them all from one file for your bank.
Each act gets a settlement report to approve, with their invoice and bank details collected on it, and the fees get marked off as you pay them.
More on SettlementsTheir first availability request brings you and your roster in, and you can answer all of it from one place. If you would rather the producers you deal with worked this way, this is the page to send them.
