Confirmed is the software a lot of producers book their shows with. There is nothing here for you to sign up to: the first time a production on Confirmed asks for your availability or offers you a spot, your account comes with it. From then on you keep your headshot, bio and payment details in one profile, and every gig you have said yes to is in one list.
Everything here takes a click. Most bookings go through the stages below, arriving as links rather than as a thread you have to keep on top of.
A producer asks which of their dates you can do, and you answer all of them on one page.
How it worksWhile they work out the bill you hear nothing, because a spot in planning isn't an offer yet.
How it worksAn offer arrives with the date, the venue, your spot, the fee and a deadline. Accept or decline it on the link and you're done.
How it worksThe day before the show, you get the running order and a link to RSVP. Afterwards, you can see what you're owed on the show, and your payment details are already on file, so you never have to ask to get paid.
Every spot you confirm can sync to your own calendar, whether that is Apple, Google or Outlook. When a production moves the time or the venue, your calendar follows without you lifting a finger.
Applied for the wrong night? My Applications lists every spot you have asked for, and you can reopen a survey to update your availability whenever you like. Where a production allows it, you can also cancel a booked spot yourself, with a reason and the name of someone who could take it.
Ask your acts who is free and get the answers back in a form you can book straight from.
Set the survey to the spots you actually have, by paid or unpaid, spot length or venue, and share one link. Agents answer for everyone they represent at once.
More on Availability surveysOffer a spot, give it a deadline, and let the act answer on their own link.
Every offer has a deadline, and once it passes, the spot opens up again. You can fill last minute drop-outs with a rolling offer, which goes out to the acts you trust on a first come, first served basis.
More on Spot offersSettle up with everyone at once, and pay them all from one file for your bank.
Each act gets a settlement report to approve, with their invoice and bank details collected on it, and the fees get marked off as you pay them.
More on SettlementsAsk your acts for their cue sheets, and get their music and cues back attached to the show.
Acts fill in their cue sheet once per show, and its music arrives loaded against the step that plays it.
More on Act cue sheetsThe acts can see their remaining time from the stage, so you can put the phone torch away.
The act reads their own countdown from the stage, and you can put a line across it without leaving your seat.
More on CueTheir first survey or offer sets your profile up, and everything above arrives with it. If you would rather your producers worked this way, this is the page to send them.
